We implement our training through classroom, Resort Weekend Training classes, "on the job", virtual training and 24-hour mentoring.
Through on the job training, LTI is able to educate its advisors on the different products/ brands we sell. To give advisors a better understanding of the product we like to get the advisors to experience the product for themselves through FAM trips and ship inspections.
LTI is able to provide many educational materials to its advisors through its various partnerships. For Instance, LTI is a member of the Virtuoso Travel Consortium which provides a whole virtual course for new travel advisors.
To help educate and build sales, Luxury Travel Institute sends its travel advisors on FAM trips. These trips are to experience the product, we offer cruise, tours, hotels and resorts as educational tours for our Travel Advisors
These trips allow the advisors to experience the product to better assist their clients by using their first-hand experience.

With these partnerships, LTI is able to educate its travel advisors as well as help grow their business.
